Module 1: Self

Foundation One: Building Yourself from the Inside Out

Before we can improve our health, relationships, finances, or lifestyle, we must first understand ourselves.

Who are you?

What matters to you?

What kind of woman do you want to become?

The answers to these questions shape every decision you make.

This week is about strengthening your relationship with yourself.

Identity and Values

Your values are the principles that guide your decisions and behaviors. They influence who you spend time with, what opportunities you pursue, how you treat others, and what kind of life you create.

Examples of values include:

  • Honesty
  • Kindness
  • Adventure
  • Stability
  • Creativity
  • Family
  • Growth
  • Integrity
  • Freedom
  • Community

When our lives are not aligned with our values, we often feel dissatisfied, disconnected, or restless.

Getting clear about your values helps you make intentional choices.

Confidence and Self-Respect

Confidence isn’t believing that you’re perfect.

It’s trusting yourself.

Self-respect is recognizing your worth and treating yourself accordingly.

Confidence says:

“I can learn.”

Self-respect says:

“I deserve to be treated with dignity.”

These qualities influence our relationships, boundaries, and the opportunities we pursue.

Boundaries

Boundaries are the limits we establish to protect our time, energy, values, and well-being.

Healthy boundaries can sound like:

  • I cannot commit to that right now.
  • I need time to think about it.
  • I don’t feel comfortable with that.
  • I need some time for myself this weekend.

Boundaries are not punishments.

They are acts of self-respect.

Self-Awareness

Self-awareness is the ability to honestly observe yourself.

What energizes you?

What drains you?

What triggers you?

What habits help you thrive?

What habits keep you stuck?

The more we understand ourselves, the more intentionally we can live.

Personal Growth Goals

Growth doesn’t require changing everything at once.

Often, meaningful change begins with one small decision.

Ask yourself:

  • What area of my life needs the most attention right now?
  • What is one habit I would like to improve?
  • What kind of woman am I becoming?
  • What is one action I can take this week to move in that direction?
